Self-taught & fueled by passion

my independent watchmaking journey began in April of 2018 with a basic benchtop milling machine, the goal of making my own watch case, and ambition to create. Through a combination of reading books, watching videos, and trial and error I taught myself how to operate manual machines. As my machine collection grows, it enables me to create more and more components in-house. In addition to in-house parts, I’ve also taken on the task of building my own machines, first a rose engine lathe to make guilloche dials and most recently an in-progress straight line engine to add more engine turning capabilities to my arsenal.
